Rance Booth Smith Architects were appointed by West Yorkshire Police to develop a master plan and design specific buildings. The new buildings were used to deliver specialist training to support the work of police officers working across the country.

The scheme was designed to minimise the impact on the local community with special landscaping and lighting to complement the rural aspects of the land. Rance Booth Smith had to consider ecological and sustainability issues within the scheme.
