Kingswood Retirement Apartments were a contemporary new build retirement complex in Surrey by Maria Mallaband Care Group.
The client brief demanded a design led approach that would reflect a contemporary perspective to the project through considered design details and aesthetics to appeal to a modern, design conscious clientele.

Design proposals included an overall interior aesthetic for the development, detailing materials, finishes and fixtures and a full presentation package for the show apartment.
Materials and fittings were carefully selected to balance the modern perspective of the project with the aesthetics likely to appeal to the target clientele. Elements such as the individually detailed kitchen and bathroom designs, with feature finishes and fittings, sought to deliver an attractive end product to meet the client brief.
